Will Bowen, Author of 'A Complaint Free World' Speaks on Prosperity RadioToday I had the privilege of interviewing Will Bowen, author of  the bestselling book ‘A Complaint Free World’ and the excellent book  ‘Complaint Free Relationships:  How to Positively Transform Your Personal, Work, and Love Relationships‘.  In his friendly, warm manner, Will discusses the ways in which a habit of complaining put the breaks on your prosperity, and what you can expect when you learn to drop complaining and replace it with gratitude and appreciation. Listen in now.

Will has been featured on Oprah, NBC’s The Today Show, CBS Sunday Morning, The ABC Evening News, Fox News Channel and in hundreds of TV and radio interviews around the world, and now on Prosperity Radio. Click the play button below to listen in.

His mission is to make the world a better place by helping people break free from limiting thoughts, and complaints are definitely limiting thoughts. A global shift in consciousness is the goal, and he has already achieved remarkable progress on that goal:  Over the years Will has distributed nearly 10 MILLION rubber bracelets that help people who are committed to giving up complaining and returning to a more prosperous state of being in which gratitude and appreciation are the dominant intention.

Brian Johnson – Optimal Living Expert

Brian Johnson, PhilosopherBrian is one of those guys who is so genuine, and so committed to helping people that I feel compelled to help him in his mission. This guy oozes abundance and optimal living from every pore! We’ve traded a couple of emails, and I am hoping to interview him here soon, and if I do, I will definitely add it.  He is definitely someone you want to follow, because you can ride his blissful coattails (his inspired example) to achieve your own bliss.

What he does is elegantly simple – he reads the best personal development books, and then creates his own cliff’s notes versions of them, compiles them into ebooks. Doesn’t seem very revolutionary, except no one actually did it until he did it.  It is absolutely the best way to quickly digest the best of the best wisdom from dozens of books quickly so you can make rapid strides in your overall happiness, success, prosperity, and abundance. But that’s not all!..

He also published a great little book called A Philosopher’s Notes (Volume 1), which is jam-packed with wisdom, both his and the best ideas he culled from other sources. I have read it twice now. It’s a great little bedside book that you definitely need to get. Here’s a pic of me with my well-worn copy…

If you want to get on Brian’s email list, which I highly recommend, visit this page and choose your list and frequency, he has several great offerings: http://www.aphilosophersnotes.com/samples

He’s also got these great guided meditations called Blissitations, which are mandatory for anyone who suspects meditation is the key to a better life (which it is!). Brian and his wife Alexandra haven’t missed a day of meditation in over two years! As they shared how much their lives were transformed after a couple thousand hours of experimenting with everything from Holosync to Transcendental Meditation they had a *lot* of people asking them how to best create their own meditation practice. So, they created Blissitations. And if that weren’t enough, Brian also found the time to create a social network for prosperity minded folks and philosophers, called en*theos. If you like Prosperity Radio, you’ll love en*theos, which can be found here: http://we.entheos.me/    You can find more infromation on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/entheos.me

Brian’s latest project is to appear in a film called Finding Joe about Joseph Campbell, and it’s all about the role of myth/ritual/spirituality in the 21st century. IF you want to watch a movie trailer about Finding Joe, then visit this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWi0BNmRShU     Man, this guy is busy, but he does it all with a smile!!

Brian Johnson is the Philosopher & CEO of en*theos–a company that creates cool stuff to help people optimize their lives. He’s the co-founder (with his wife, Alexandra) of the en*theos AcademyPhilosophersNotes and Blissitations and is the author of A Philosopher’s Notes. He’s also featured in the documentary Finding Joe and has a monthly “Big Ideas” column in Experience Life magazine.

Here is Brian’s official Bio from one of his numerous websites. Impressive for being such a young guy – he’s doing something right, and you would be wise to emulate him, like I am  :)

———————————

Brian Johnson’s Bio:

In one of his past lives, as a 24-year-old law school dropout turned Founder/CEO, Brian led the creation of eteamz-the world’s largest amateur sports site that currently (and profitably) provides team and league web sites and a comprehensive suite of services to over 3 million teams from over 120 countries around the world. (For example, Little League Baseball® uses the technology.) After spending the requisite time in “garage-mode,” eteamz won UCLA’s Business Plan competition, raised over $5 million of capital, grew from 3 to 45 employees in less than a year (including the CEO of Adidas and the eventual winner of Apprentice II) and was sold for over $13 million of stock and cash to The Active Network, Inc. in 2000.

After successfully leading the integration of the two companies as a Vice President at Active, Brian spent a few years as a philosopher, immersing himself in philosophy, psychology, mysticism and optimal living. He read hundreds of books and traveled a bit-studying Jesus in Jerusalem, Marcus Aurelius in the Danube of Hungary, Rumi in Konya, Turkey, and Socrates in Greece. On his return, he created thinkArete.com, a site where he began distilling the universal truths of optimal living. Over 10,000 people signed up to receive his daily newsletter where he shared the wisdom of his favorite teachers, showing how everyone (from Nietzsche to Buddha to Emerson) is saying the same thing.

In 2004, in an effort to integrate his philosophical and entrepreneurial selves (yes, he’s a Gemini :) and to put the truths he was studying into practice, Brian created Zaadz (now Gaia)-a company named after the Dutch word for seed committed to leveraging world-class social networking tools to connect, inspire and empower people committed to transforming their lives and our planet. (Think: Facebook for people who want to change the world.)

As the Philosopher & CEO of Zaadz, he raised $3 million to finance the launch of the business. Investors included a billionaire and his family and the CEO of Whole Foods. Feeling the dharmic pull to immerse himself back into studying and living the universal truths, Brian sold Zaadz to Gaiam, Inc. (Nasdaq: GAIA) in the summer of 2007. Before all of that, Brian graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors from UCLA where he studied Psychology and Business. Brian has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and various other publications on everything from philosophy and business to his vision on how to change the world. He has presented on various panels, served as a judge for the Anderson School at UCLA’s Business Plan writing competition, and given lectures on conscious capitalism, entrepreneurial finance and the Internet economy at USC’s Marshall School of Business, Claremont McKenna and Cal Tech.

Brian is also a contributing author in Michael Strong’s book Be the Solution: How Entrepreneurs & Conscious Capitalists Can Solve All the World’s Problems where he joins Whole Foods CEO John Mackey, Nobel Peace Prize-winner Muhammad Yunus, legal reform expert Hernando de Soto and others in discussing how we can leverage entrepreneurialism as a force for good. His chapter focuses on the role of the conscious entrepreneur in transforming our world.

And, look for Brian in the upcoming documentary on Joseph Campbell called Finding Joe-all about the role of myth/ritual/spirituality in the 21st century.
